One memorable moment was when the hotel staff graciously arranged a minibus to pick us up from the railroad station on a rainy evening - a kind gesture that showcased their dedication to ensuring a seamless travel experience for families like ours. Our children, under 18, were thrilled with the spacious room and the comfortable beds, giving them a cozy retreat after long days of exploring Huancayo. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere was further accentuated by the attentive staff who catered to our needs and schedule during our entire stay.
